Program Overview

The Innovation & Entrepreneurship MBA program will prepare you to make significant improvements in the realm of new business startups by strategically employing innovative practices, startup finance, and social entrepreneurship. Additionally, it will enhance your ability to develop new ideas and boost creativity. By undertaking this program, students will be able to identify societal issues and create solutions for them. They will also cultivate the capability to transform creative noble ideas into businesses and acquire knowledge on leading Disruptive Innovation that can change the dynamics of the market.

Through this program, you will:

  1. Develop the ability to identify societal issues and solve them with new ideas.

  2. Start and manage a company with new ideas while addressing initial startup financial challenges.

  3. Learn methods for operating startup companies and develop the skills to foster creativity and motivation among employees within startup organizations.

  4. Understand how Social Entrepreneurs operate and the results they achieve in addressing societal problems.

3 semester program (1.5 years):

​The Innovation & Entrepreneurship MBA program is a three-semester program, spanning a total of 1.5 years. After a year and a half, students graduate and can secure a job in Korea with E-7 visa or D-10 visa. 

Curriculum

The curriculum comprises four concurrent streams, each emphasizing critical aspects of entrepreneurship.

This program will:

  1. Help you identify problems and generate solutions with innovative ideas.

  2. Enhance your ability to understand the context in which startup business organization management takes place.

  3. Provide you with a profound understanding of startup business financing.

  4. Equip you with knowledge in computer software and software product management.

Graduate Requirements:

  1. 45 credits (Classes) ㅣ First Semester: 16 credit courses, Second Semester: 18 credit courses, Third Semester: Capstone Project - 3 credit. During the first and second semester: General Education Requirement: 12 credit courses
